This document contains important information regarding the use of the Option Management Net (referred to as the "Net" hereafter).

User's agreement

1. The Net permits its users to use all the information that can be found at "http://www.optionmanagement.net/" under the following conditions.
2. All the information on the Net is for viewing only. It can only be used for non-profit-making purposes or for personal use.
3. No part of the Net may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, by any means, by any other Internet servers, LAN servers or any other media without first obtaining prior permission from the Net.
4. Permission may be granted to use information from the Net for other profit-making purposes. Please make an application for permission ≪here≫.

Copyright

1. Unauthorized use of any part of the Net is against the Law.
2. No information from the Net may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by any means without prior permission from the Net.
3. No part of the Net including text, design or icons may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by any means without firstly obtaining the express permission from the Net.

Downloading data for personal use

1. Under the User's License Agreement, any downloaded data from the Net may be shared with the user's family and friends through distributing text copies.
2. No modification to the data is permitted.

Information that is contributed by the user

1. Comments, questions and information that are contributed by the user may be published on the Net by the author, Yuichi Kato. The copyright of the contributed information therefore belongs to the author. The contributor will be notified and will be asked for his or her permission before any copy is published.

Privacy

1. All users are able to view the Net without forwarding their personal details in most circumstances.
2. Users' personal details including name, address, email address etc. may be required in order to view some content of the Net. The Net will notify users whenever personal details are needed or are being collected.
3. User's details may be required when:
   
   • The user wishes to respond to the Net's questionnaire.
   • The user wishes to contribute his information to the Net via email.
   • The user wishes to download authorized data from the Net.
4. The Net may use any contributed information for its research and for improving its services.

Trademarks and/or registered trade marks

1. Netscape is a trademark and/or a registered trademark of the Netscape Corporation.
2. Internet Explorer is a trademark and/or a registered trademark of the Microsoft Corporation.
3. Microsoft Windows is a trademark and/or a registered trademark of the Microsoft Corporation in U.S.A and other countries.
4. Microsoft Office Windows is a trademark and/or a registered trademark of the Microsoft Corporation in U.S.A and other countries.
5. Products names and companies' names that appear on the Net may represent their trademarks and/or service logos.

Linking with the Net

1. No websites that are linked with the Net by a third party are under the Net's control or under the control of its management. The Net shall not be liable or responsible for the contents of the linked websites.
2. The Net offers linked websites in the best interests of the Net's users. It does not mean, however, that the Net guarantees the contents of the linked websites.
3. When requests are made by the Net's users and/or the linked websites' owners to modify the contents of the linked websites, the Net shall do its best to respond to their requests.

Linking to the Net

1. A third party may link a website to the Net freely under the following conditions.
   
   • Ensure that the URL for linking is "http://www.optionmanagement.net/".
   • Ensure that the full name of the Net is "The Option Management Net".
   • Do not display the name within the frame of a third party's website.
